how to enable greyed out filters on related grids

Example: 

1220.filter.JPG

Looking at contacts inside accounts the 'filter by' option is greyed out. This is for all grids inside account and other areas.

    Hi,

    Change grid from read only to Editable grid. This will solve your issue.
