Greetings! I am on Dynamics 2011 and trying to create a workflow that will update Tasks.
I assign Tasks that could be phone calls or emails.
I can sometimes have hundreds of tasks hit me all in one day triggering a mass email usually.
I will download those tasks with the associated names and emails and place into our email service CleverReach.
But then I have hundreds of tasks I need updated!!!!
I built an OnDemand Workflow that Updates the Task Subject line and the Due Date.
It also places a string of text into the Notes area of the Task.
The issue is it places the text string at the end of the existing text.
I want to place the new text line at the top!
Example - The text I want to place is akin to this:
2/1/18 - Emailed reminder of upcoming seminar through cleverreach
There is existing text from past tasks:
1/18/18 - Called and left voice message
1/2/18 - Emailed list of events... so on.
I want the new text string to be on top and the one below to line up underneath so I don't need to go in and edit.
Any variables I can use?
