Item is not being reserved when suspending transaction

Hello everyone,

we are facing an issue, where the item is not being reserved when we create a new suspended transaction in our POS. Even if we post the statement the item quantity still remains unchanged. I have seen some old forum posts from AX2012 where an item was reserved when the transaction was suspended.

Did this behavior change in D365 or do we have to activate such behavior with some parameters?

We are using D365 Commerce v16.

    Hi Michael,

    We don't make a reservation for a suspended transaction and there is no such setup for that .
