Would it be correct to see this item as the method to categorize or classify my Items by degree of importance? Under the in "Other" tab in item details, there is a drop down that allows for ABC - code value. I just want to ensure I'm looking at this correctly. If I label it "A" it's considered an important item. Or "C" less important than an "A" item.

Also, I see this under the "Vendor" info when reviewing suppliers as well. Would this also be the "ABC" drop down when classifying vendors by degree of importance?
