Remittance Printing / Batch Stuck in Processing

Please see screen shots.  I have a batch that I can't process.

I created a batch with Batch ID "JAN12 2023CK" to print checks.

After the checks printed, it brought me to the Print Remittance window because 1 check ran out of room on the remit.    I don't think I clicked "POST" after I printed the Remittances because the Batch is stuck and everyting I've tried to process the batch isn't working.

Everything shows "WORK' included in this batch.

I keep getting "You are already processing a batch of checks"

HELP please!

    Hello,

    Please follow the  Microsoft Document -  learn.microsoft.com/.../a-batch-is-held-in-the-several-statuses  .  This will help you to resolve your issue.

    I would first check for the normal process flow areas.  Under Purchasing - Transactions see if the batch is available in "Process Remittance" or "Post Checks".
