We were able to figure it out by going into the Crystal Report and clearing out a calculation that was listed in two of the boxes.

    Thank you!

    Hi Corrie Kumbalek,

Have you upgraded SL 2011 FP1 with windows authentication or SQL  authentication ?

If it is window's authentication then follow the below steps to resolve the issues

    1) Open the OBDC Data Source Administrator  from Control Panel-> Administrative Tools

    2) Delete the existing ODBC connections for both Solomon Application and System databases if exists

    3) Open the Database Maintenance (98.290.00) screen under Control Panel-> Administrative Tools

    4) Connect the server using windows credentials

    5) Go the Update Database tab and select the appropriate SL System and Application databases

    6) Click the Set Authentication Type button & select the Windows Authentication (recommended) option and click Ok

    7) Specify the Windows Username for Microsoft Dynamics SL Administrator (SYSADMIN)  and click OK

    8) Once the process is completed try to launch Dynamics SL 2011 Fp1 with windows login credentials

Please check it and let me know if you need any further assistance

    Thanks
