Export to Data lake not updating in real time

We are using the export to data lake to create reports from d365.

We set it up to be real time updates on setup but it has only ever updated twice a day 6am and 2pm

I can see the change feeds folder in the data lake but this has never had any data in it

What do i need to do to make the real time updates work?

    When you enable near realtime you should get base 2 folders in storage.  

    - Tables

    - Changed Feed

    Tables should be exported 2 ou 3 times a day, this is full export

    Change feed should be exported every 8 minutes / 15 minutes and is only a delta export. You can have dozens of delta files. These are not full exports, are simple an export of data modified since last delta export.

    yes i understand that but i do not have any files in in the changed feed even though it shows a recent modified date-

    My question i guess is how do i get the the updated data from the data lake?

    In D365 Data Lake page, you have a column last export. what values do you are getting ?

    I get the datetime value of the last full update - never any between

    I would try to reinstall Data Lake Service ( checkbox near real time in installation ) and enabling again tables.

    If the issue, persists I would open a support case in Microsoft

    I'm also facing the same issue for some tables. On re-activating its coming.
