Hi,
I tried integration between Dynamics NAV 2016 and Dynamics CRM 365 Version 1612 Online but I could not be successful. So, I deleted connection.
Firstly, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Conection Setup is cleaned in NAV.
Secondly, DynamicsNAVIntegrationSolution is deleted in CRM.
Normally, (before the NAV) I clicked CREATE ORDER button on quote, order status was Active and status reason was New. Although I have deleted solution, when I click CREATE ORDER button on the quote, the order status is Submitted and status reason is In Progress. So, I can not make any changes to the order.
By the way, there is no problem when I directly create order.
Has anyone else seen this behaviour - and do you have a fix?
