    Hi munafkhatib,

Is account 4206100 your vendor summary account?

It seems that the financial dimension 'country' has not been filled for this account i.e. the third line in your journal.

Please double check the entered financial dimensions and complete them in line with your account structure configuration.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Account 4206100 is Foreign Exchange Gain/ Loss account and i have specified the country  for vendor i.e. the third line but still it is not posting.

    Hi munafkhatib,

I am not sure why AX wants to post a foreign exchange gain/loss at the time you record this invoice.

Can this be caused by a cash payment method of payment that is linked to your vendor?

A quick fix for this problem is to set a fixed financial dimension value for the account 4206100 in the chart of accounts. This does, at least allow you posting the transaction.

Before doing that I would recommend that you do some additional investigation what might be wrong with this transaction. It looks like an ordinary invoice posting but AX does usually not post a foreign exchange gain/loss with the invoice. Probably do some additional testing in a demo environment first.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

Have you specified the dimension in the Financial dimension > Account list from the action pane of the GL lines
