CRM 2013 Bulk Delete Recurrence

I can't seem to get Bulk Delete jobs to run on a regular basis.

In the Bulk Delete Wizard there is the option to run this job after every X days.

The job runs initially when the Wizard is closed but it dows not run again after that. When I look at the bulk delete job after it has run the Recurrence option is set to No and no date/time is in the Next Run fields. All these fields are greyed out so I can't manually update them.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or is this a known (or unknown) issue?

I am using on premesis CRM 2013 SP 1 with Rollup 1.

My client also uses the same version and does not seem to be an issue. Can you see system jobs for Bulk deletion ones once?

Did you select Recurring Bulk deletion Job view to check whether you system jobs shows over there or not?

Once ssytem job completes the bulk deletion, it wont appear under the view "All Bulk Deletion System Jobs" View . You have to change the view to "Recurring Bulk deletion Job" where you will see you job scheduled for next run with waiting status.

Hi Chitra

You are right I was not looking at the correct view. They are listed in Recurring list with the status Waiting. Looking at all the Completed jobs I have found the job that ran yesterday that I could not find - I had expected them to be listed in date run order (it was in the middle of a load of others with the same name).

Hi,

Can we create Bulk Delete Job using c# which are not editable by any user?

If a user changes the job, Can we get an event with job details and days of next run?
