Form customization is not reflecting in Outlook Offline

Hi All,

I've configured CRM Outlook Client which is enabled for offline as well. I've added a new field in Opportunity form, but unfortunately the newly added field is not showing in Outlook Offline. In order to figure out the issue, i tried adding a new field in Account entity. There the changes are reflecting fine. Even i tried creating a new form in Opportunity and checked the changes in Offline. There are no issues with the new one. So the problem is only with the default Opportunity form. Why is this unusual behavior only in the Opportunity form?

    Hi Nicolae,

I thought the same, but this behavior does exist in other machines too & sync filters are in place. When i am creating a new custom form for the same entity, it works perfectly. Problem where the changes that we are making in the existing default main form aren't reflecting in Outlook Offline.

Is this behavior consistent on multiple machines, or just one?

Check your sync filters, and make sure a sync does take place. I suspect it's probably just one machine with this behavior.
