Hi,

Sorry for redundant post (as I`ve posted by mistake in Finance forum)

I am trying to delete the contacts and getting the following error as it is linked to the customer

Relationship is defined in GAB, so manipulating the data from backend would not work here.

Is there a way to delete contact without deleting the customer ?

    In customer, try to first change party association to another party.

    Then try again to delete party

    Hi Anitha,

    Do you have customizations or partner solutions in your environment? If so, this error might come from a customization. I can't reproduce this in a standard demo environment. Also, I quickly checked the coding. I couldn't find coding where this exact error is raised.
