Dear All,

When I close shift on POS z-report is not printing.

(AX 2012 R3, cu12 verion)

Please suggest.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

This issue has been fixed now because earlier shift closed entry was not punching in system.

Hello Sheeba,

Are you getting any type of errors? If you are, please post them for us to review.

Try to include some additional details as well which well help in the troubleshooting process.

For example: whether or not it worked previously. Has there been any changes in the environment since last time it worked.
