Scott, what was no help?  Is there something you want to add to the thread on this matter.  Please feel free to post comment or additional questions.

Freddy, it seems that we can not mark as a suggested answer to your posting.  Normally when a posting is responded to the person making the post can make their reply as a suggested answer, in this case - your case does not provide for that option.

Not sure if you created the post from a different source, but, I am not the one to explain this

Maybe someone from from Microsoft can explain what is happened.  If they do, post a response so we know what happened.

    Hi,

I can not see an option to do that!. Where it is?.

  • RE: Integration Manager

Glad to hear that solved the problem. When you dont have to install more software on the server - that is a good day.

If we solved your issue, please be sure to mark it is 'answered'

Thanks Bill. You are a rock star!!

  • RE: Integration Manager

Thanks!, just as you thought there was a excel file in the task manager background.

I kill the process to proceed with my IM, and the result was successful.

    Hi Angel,

It was that for some reason I don't know there was a excel file running in the task manager background just as Bill Campbell said, but anyway thanks God I can count on you always.

  • RE: Integration Manager

I am going to agree with Angel on this as he references a case in which this was my solution as well.

One other matter of note is that if you have the excel file open when you try to run Integration Manager, you often get a similar error.

Just check Excel closed.  Have a look at the Office application pieces as noted in the link as they are critical.

    Hope this helps.
