Afternoon All,
One of my customers, I have setup an email scenario under the current user to send Remittance advices and that works if they are sending multiple emails at any one time. When creating payment journals.
However the particular user account is not showing as the From email address, when they are going into the Vendor account and going to resend a remittance advice via the ledger entries and selecting the payment and then clicking on the Action >Send email remittance and I select the prompt details. And I would expect the current users email address, but it is the generic default account that it is showing.
I don't understand why it is not working. There are no other scenario's that are using the Vendor remittance advice for. Is there any settings or user permissions I am missing as to why it doesn't seem to work.
