Dexterity runtime error

While accessing GP getting Dexterity Runtime error message "You do not have permission to open this file". What should I do?

    Check this out  Dexterity Runtime - You do not have permissions for this file

    Mostly windows permission on the GP Folder.

    Gran access to the file. :) If you aren't sure which file is causing the problem you can always run a Process Monitor and then look at the Access Denied results.
