I am trying to configure our E-mail Router in order for Dynamics CRM to be able to track e-mail responses (unsubscribe requests) back from Quick Campaigns.

The error that I get that appears in the Alerts on my Mailbox is:

"A general mailbox access error occurred while receiving email. The mailbox [MailboxName] has been disabled for receiving email and the owner of the associated email server profile [EmailProfile1] has been notified.
Email Server Error Code: ErrorItemNotFound"

    I that the MarketingIn access credentials are set to Local System Account, ensure that this account can access the server.

    As it's an Exchange server, you can set let the users use their credentials I guess.

    Hello SAstley:

    Check the System Settings to see if you have that set up right

    Settings-->Administration-->System Settings

    Tab Email
