OneNote won't get added to the Ribbon

Hello,

I have enabled OneNote under the Profiles, both 'Use Record Notes' and 'Use Page Notes' are checked. When I try to customize the Ribbon and add OneNote to Show Attached section, it would not add! Only Notes and Links are displayed. Even if I completely log out from the system and log back it. This is very weird  but we cannot use OneNote because of this. Please help!

    Did you try to clear Reset customization on the page on the second page just hit Restore Defaults. Re-start nav client again.
