    Hi Claubiede,

What you need is adding filter abour creation date to the view?

If so, you can Go Settings > Customizations > Customize the system > Entities > expand one entity you need > open one view you need to add filter.

Or you can directly add filter to the view in the page through clicking ‘advanced filtering pane’ button.

Or you can filter 'created on' column in the same page if you has added 'created on' field to the view.

If I misunderstood the question, please elaborate the same further, you can provide more detailed information, or screenshot for the question, which can make me help you easily.

    Regards,

    Leah Ju

Thanks for the information, but what I would like to know is if in this list it is possible to add a filter line for "6 months"

    Hi Claubiede,

The name of the section circled on your screenshot shows is ‘Time Frame’, which is a fixed part for the interactive experience dashboards, you can select one option as default value, but you can’t add one attribute you want to it.

But there is an option for a Custom Time Frame. If the user selects this option, they will be able to enter a Start Date and an End Date. This provides a way to limit your data scope to accommodate your custom time frame requirements, you can choose date range as your need manually.

Unfortunately, you can’t set the Custom Time Frame to be your default. The Custom Time Frame needs to be reset each time you open the interactive dashboard.

In conclusion, the Time Frame filter is not customizable, you can’t add new filter line to it, you just can set custom time frame every time, which is by-design.

    Leah Ju
