Rich Text Editor For Notes in Dynamics 365: Adding extra white space after last line of description in email and not considering Shift + Enter

Microsoft Dynamics 365
2020 release wave 1 enabled
Server version: 9.1.0000.17162Client version: 1.4.709-2004.3


Generated email on create of note record, not considering Shift + Enter  as well as adding extra white space after last line of note description in email in Dynamics 365

I created one workflow in trial instance, which creates email on, create of Note:


The 1st Email (Left side in Screen clip) is generated when we create Note when Rich Text Editor feature Disabled.

The 2nd Email (Right side in Screen clip) is generated when we create Note when Rich Text Editor feature Enabled.

    Right now this is by design, you can turn it off using: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/model-driven-apps/set-up-timeline-control#enable-or-disable-rich-text-editor-for-notes-in-timeline
