Hello,
We are using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Spring 2019 Update on-premises (CU09) with multitenant architecture and from time to time Google blocks our domain name due to Google detects that some pages contain some malicious software or giving up sensitive information. I believe that we don't have any malicious software because we are using AV and I scanned with multiple AV also. The strange thing is that Google finds this issue only for one or a couple domain names (third-level domain name) while we have around 10 tenants in this service and use the same web service/site. Usually I request a review and it passes successfully. I opened a ticket at Google but haven't received any feedback yet.
Does anybody face the same issue?
Thank you!
K.
Hello,
Google Chrome browser might be combining user reported signals, static heuristics and machine learning analysis and sometimes misclassifying sites. We don’t see this happening internally or externally in Business Central cloud, so it is also worth investigating customer organization policies, firewalls and proxies which could be triggering Chrome phishing alerts. Trying to access website from internal network and from outside could help to validate this assumption. Safe site check can also be disabled in the Chrome browser manually or by using company policy.
In general we heard from these customers that Google support does assist as best as they can as well, so maybe you wait for Google support to come back to you and have them respond first.
Thanks.
