Hi

I try change live channel database in Online Store, and then I got error message in Event Viewer :

    Please provide more details about the steps you have done and about your goal, the information provided so far doesn't allow to figure out what exactly was done and why that was done.

    When asking for help it is pretty important to make sure that others will understand your question and as a result you would really have chances that someone could help you. Try to read your question, look into previous messages of this thread and try to guess whether enough information has been provided or not.

    So, please provide more details about the steps you have done and about your goal, the information provided so far doesn't allow to figure out what exactly was done, in what sequence and why that was done.

    I found this error when I don't run full job to channel database

    Please verify

    1. retail server and database name in Channel database config

    2. Validate channel profile

    3. Add channel profile in store

    4. check connection string in web.config of RetailServer

    5. test update register and check data in channel database
