Microsoft Dynamics NAV POS integration

Hello,

I am new in Dynamics NAV. 
What about POS integration with NAV? Does NAV has some option for POS integration,
or I need to use some other solution like Microsoft RMS, LS Retail..etc. 

Can you recommend some good solution for POS integration with NAV?

    It should be used in markets, so I need some module to integrate into MS Dynamics NAV( NAV is already configured ) as I could import data from POS to NAV.

    Dynamics NAV does not have a default inbuilt POS system. However there are several well known add-on modules that will extend Dynamics NAV into a POS (LS Retail is a well known and highly used POS).

    These add-on POS systems comes with a end points (integration points) and all you have to do is do the configuration.

    There are other POS systems available which runs independently and then integrate with Dynamics NAV.

    I have one more question :) 


    I am basically more interested in whether the NAV is the same for all industries? Ie. they do not have industry specific solutions?
