Hello - I noticed that in the CRM dashboard, lower right corner there's an "Activities" view. Within this Actities view there are columns for "Start Date" and "Due Date." How can I populate those values?
I have an email create plugin and I don't see "Start Date" and "Due Date" properties available through the Email entity. The only properties I see are "ActualStart" and "ActualEnd" but those are different properties since they represent actuals instead of planned.
When I open the detail view of an email I see that it has a "Due Date" input but I don't see a "Start Date" input. So is there a reason why I don't see the "Due Date" property for emails through the Email entity?
Also, does the Email entity have a "Start Date" property that can be set? Or do I simply see this property as a column header in the Dashboard Activities view because there are other Activities that do have a "Start Date" property even though Email does not?

I have the same question (0)Hi Andrew, yes you are right. The Dashboard does contain the column header as it generic for all the activities but some fields (like the start and due date) may not be present in all.
You can see the due date in the detail section of the email entity, but that's actually the ''schedule end' field.
You could create custom fields in the email entity and then use it as per your requirement.
Hope this clarifies.
