I'm helping someone out at the moment updating a couple of their computers. I'm installing microsoft dynamics RMS store operations on a new machine but I don't seem to have the necessary files to update to 2.0.6, I can only get to 2.0.4 but the database is updated to 2.0.6 so I can't access anything from the manager or the POS.
I tried the company that set it up originally but they seem to have gone out of business. It seems to get the files I need I have to log in to download, but all I have is a handful of information scribbled which doesn't include any details that help, is there any other way I can get these files?

I have the same question (0)Hi - does the customer still have access to CustomerSource (Microsoft portal)? That would be the easiest way to obtain the files. If needed, you can also contact our support team at support@rite.us or 888-267-7483.
