We are implementing AP and PO workflows for a customer. The workflows themselves are working perfectly. They want to be able to approve, delegate and reject from their email so we installed GP web services and Enabled E-Mail Actions. Test E-Mail Action is successful.
When the emails come through after enabling the e-mail actions, we are not seeing the links for Accept, Reject and Delegate. We are using the canned GP email templates, and the workflow actions item is there.
They are still using MAPI instead of exchange for their email settings in GP. Does this have anything to do with it or am I missing a setup still?
