Auto refresh Excel file with data extract from CRM

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to auto refresh Excel with data from CRM, the file is created as a dynamic worksheet.
What i want is to avoid opening the file every time data needs to be refreshed, but instead setup a schedule that refresh the data once per day or more. I have read that MS Flow should be a possibility, but i didn't manage to get it worked out.
