I hope I'm not wasting anyone's time here, at least too much... I have searched the world over for an exact solution/support line, and to no avail, I come up empty-handed every time.
Anyways,
I use COSMIC [Customer Obsessed Solution Management and Incident Care] by Microsoft Dynamics 365.
I initially had privileges to add a note under the Notes & Attachments tab and to upload a file into that note & save it to the case.
However, at some point, my accesses have dropped, and I can no longer create a new note OR attach a file in the Notes & attachments tab.
This screenshot shows the tab which I am referring to, the *note" section is on the left, the *upload* section is on the right (greyed out).
I have been to the ends of the earth and talked to a lot of people trying to find ANYONE to assist me, and no one has ever heard of COSMIC as being part of MS.
As there is no helpline phone number, live chat, email for support, or legit support line unless you are paying money to microsoft ( why would i do that when i'm literally processing documents for microsoft?? ) this forum is my only hope to alleviate this concern.
Thank you to whomever tries to communicate and assist.... please excuse my slightly bitter attitude... (this is really impacting my ability to work cases for clients!)
