Auto-add service account to Saved View

Hey team!

(Cross-posted to the Power Automate community)

The goal is to automatically share a service account on views that are created for shared use internally. This way we can prevent issues if the creator of those views leave, more easily troubleshoot views that aren't working as expected, and so on.

The problem we are running into is that the flow isn't triggering when using a Dataverse trigger based on row changing in the Saved Views table:

Are we approaching this incorrectly? Is Saved Views a "special" table somehow?

Hi Steve, thanks for your response. No, I am referring to creating new saved views, and the action of doing so not triggering the flow pictures. Our overall goal is to use a flow to share a service account (e.g., crmuser@mydomain.com) on saved views when they are created. This has nothing to do with the account entity.

    Hi bfg,

Do you mean when you add an account(Use account entity for example) row or modify a account row which is in Saved view, your flow can not be triggered?

If so, yes, this behavior would not trigger this. Your flow would be triggered when you Add a new saved view or modify the current saved view.
