Hello, after running the utility, I will login and create passwords for the users and then run the Synch security process?
Yes, you will need to assign passwords to users, and remove their windows login mapping. But shouldn't need to run the Sync Ownership and Security process again.
When you switch, you will be prompted to set the password for SYSADMIN, which you will use to log into SL and do the above.
