Vendor bank account approval workflow notifications

Hey, I am trying to create notifications in the action senter whenever a vendor bank account is approved/rejected. The notification needs to go to the one submitting the change.
I have set the notification in the workflow on, but the notification does not pop up anywhere. 
 
Do anyone know what needs to be set up for this to work?

    Hi,
    You should set up your workflow and notification system correctly. You can check the following points:
    Workflow configuration:
    Make sure your workflow is set up to trigger notifications at the appropriate stage (approval or rejection) of vendor bank account changes.
    Notification configuration:
    Verify that you have correctly configured notifications in the workflow. This includes specifying recipients, message content, and triggering conditions (for example, when bank account changes are approved or rejected).

    Hi Community User, 
     
    Next to settings on the workflow, there are also settings on the User options about when notifications will be received for workflows. You can enable the option Send notifications in email and/or Send notifications to Action center. I would suggest checking the user options for these settings.

    If you want to see in the notification center than you can use the setup of alerts depending on change.
