Flow triggering twice per modification (Dataverse Connector)

Whenever we edit a value on certain entity, the flow gets triggered twice instead of just once.

Callback registration looks fine.

    Hi,

    Can you please share screenshot of your flow trigger action?

    Have you filter the trigger to specify the fields on which your flow will be executed?

    Use filter columns to prevent your flow from unnecessarily running.

    I have a similar problem, and I fear it's consecutive updates being picked up by the same trigger. I've checked Callback Registrations to ensure no duplicates. This is trigger:
     
    And this is the Audit log:
    There's a synchronous Azure function which is updating the "Last FLS Sent Date" very quickly, and I think it's causing the Flow to take that as 2 instances.
     
    Any suggestions would be gratefully accepted!!
