CRM plugin not trigger while updating the field.

I am creating a plugin and trigger the plugin on updating the tal_casedata field. And field data fill by web resources.

here is my web resource code:

function dataFieldSet(){
    var birth_date= Xrm.Page.getControl("tal_casedata");   
    birth_date=new Date(Date.now()).toLocaleString();
    window.parent.Xrm.Page.data.entity.attributes.get("tal_casedata").setValue(birth_date);
    Xrm.Page.data.save().then(successCallback, errorCallback);

Condition1 : It works fine when we set
