in a scenario where production is planned two weeks prior to shipment, and BOMs have dozens of components, what have you found to be the most efficient means to review the impact on other customer orders when you need to ship ahead of schedule for another urgent customer order?
In other words, how can I easily see what materials I might be short of that will now create a delay? This has been very time-consuming to analyze. Is anyone aware of an ISV product that might be helpful or a custom solution you have used in the past?
