RDLC Layout not showing certain fields?

Hello,
 
I have an rdlc report for 10074. My ship to and bill to addresses, as well as my company address, are completely blank. When I send this to an XML file, I do see all the data that is missing. The XML report is showing the proper addresses that the PDF will not generate. No matter what I do, I cannot get this RDLC to display the addresses. I have exported this to report builder and the values are shown below. As you can see I have the value properly listed from my data set.
 
 
 
When I go to run this report, I receive the following PDF.
 
 
I am able to get some data, but all BILL TO and SHIP TO is missing. Can someone assist with this? I have also tried sending this to word and excel to see if it is an RDLC rendering issue but both of those also are missing the same data as the RDLC report.

    Check standard report layout, you need to First function or use the standard way in reports like GetData and SetData functions.

    Export the standard 10074 rdlc report and compare all details with your version. 
     
    the report is quite complex, it uses hidden fields with many data like all the address data, which are filled using setdata and loaded in the header/footer using getdata, that is all done using special properties and some code behind in the report.
     
    maybe a very old thread helps.

    It seems the issue is with the layout. You need to add the proper field in the layout.
