Please advise on the Effect on closing of partial production and full production orders

    What are you asking for exactly when the say "effect"?

    Can you elaborate please and specify what you plan to do exactly and what effects you are looking for?

    Hi Ludwig,

    • How can we close the Production Order Partially
    • What will happen if we close the Production Order Partially - the materials assigned to the Order
    • What happens to the Resource scheduled.
    • If we close partially , does the rescheduling happens automatically

    Hi Sriram GS,

    To my knowledge it is not possible to start a production for let's say 10 pcs and then partially close it for 4 pcs.

    What you can do of course is posting picking lists, routes and the goods reported as finished multiple times, which will give you a temporary state of the production order and the costs.
