We have some users reporting Calendar Appointments disappearing from their CRM/Outlook. The users who are NOT using CRM and regular Outlook/Exchange are not having these problems.
Is there any where I can look to see why this might be happening?

Maybe that users doesn't have permission to view it (check security roles)
Maybe this option is unchecked to show in Outlook.
