How to restrict a certain amount of users to access Dynamics

Can you please help me, I am trying to restrict a certain amount of users to access Dynamics, in other words lets say there is 20 users and I want to block up to 10 then after 10 users have logged on Dynamics should

not allow any more users. Please advise me on this and is this possible?

Thanx so much for your reply, I have never used the Lockout Functionality or attempted a customization like this. Where would I start to be able to achieve this function? Will it be on a Dynamics screen? And will this restrict the user/s to launch Dynamics if they exceed the maximum number of users that is specified?

Hi LeeRoy,

Yes this is possible, Access table tracking all the user login information. From there you can restrict the user by customization(Lockout functionality). Please let me know how it goes.
