When creating view, where do you set “order by asc” property? I cannot see any sort column in properties window.
I have the same question (0)

D365 consists of many applications, such as Finance and Operations, Sales or Business Central. You're asking in D365 general forum, therefore it's not clear which product you have in mind. Please add this information.

    Hi Community member,

There is no such property as far as i'm aware of, the view is already sorted asc by default based on the primary key. Are you using the view on a form?

If yes, then once the form opens, you can filter by any field asc or desc.

If you don't like to keep filtering each time you open the form, then you can save a new view and pin it as default.

Open the form - click on "yourField" and sort newest to oldest or oldest to neweset - save the view as - tick "pin as default view"

    Thanks,
    Layan Jweihan

There is no such property mentioned. Instead you can create a query and use it in the view where you can set the ordering in the query level.
