i am trying to create a workflow where it generate account auto numbering after check a certain field

workflow is triggered on account entity and i am checking that field in new connection application , the first two steps are working however the rest are not working .

the problem that i have been not able to see the workflow it reached because it is on different entity

anybody know how to get access to see that workflow where it has reached and what is ticked and what is not

can you put a few screenshots to explain the issue? That could be better to view the problem.

actually i want to see the process of the workflow triggering from another entity

i am working in new connection application and workflow triggered when account is created

idea about ?

Note : new connection application workflow can be seen .

Hi.

have you tried to go to the workflow and see the session details? It should show the session steps.

Hi,

if it is a background workflow, untick the option 'Automatically delete completed workflow' and go to the 'Process Sessions' after the workflow ran. Now it will keep records of succeeded workflows and there you can see the logs and steps
