Hi, when customer account statements were sent via batch job, how to check which customers received it?
Is there an email history where I can find the status per customer?

Thank you.
I have the same question (0)

    Hi Sha02,
    Check Email Sending Status
Navigate to System administration > Periodic tasks > Email processing > Batch Email Sending Status.
On this page, you will see a list of all emails sent from D365 F&O via batch jobs, including the customer statements.
You can use filters to narrow down the list to the specific batch job and time frame for which the statements were sent
    1. The list will show the Status for each email:
    2. Sent: The email was successfully sent from D365 F&O.
      • Failed: The email failed to send. You can click on the failed line and select Restart Send to reattempt sending.

    Hi,
There is no good control in the standard Dynamics for the customer account statements, in terms of reviewing history(tracing) of sent statements. You have to dig into the batch jobs and sent emails history.

I have seen people having customization in this area for better control.

    Hi Sha02,

Is your question related to Dynamics 365 or Dynamics AX, or both? You now used to contradicting tags in your question.

    Hi Sha02,

For checking whether the customer statements have been sent successfully, you can refer to the SysEmailHistory table or navigate to the screen mentioned below System Administration -> Setup -> Email -> Email history. If there is an entry in this table and if the Email status is marked as Sent it means the email has been sent successfully, however, there is no mechanism to track if customers have received that email.
    Sample screen clip.

Hops it helps. Happy to answer questions, if any.

    Hi,

in Dynamics 365 in my opinion the best way to have under control the recipients of a  customer account statement sent by Email is, apart from sending the Email, activating also the "Save in Print archive" flag.
In this way in the print archive you will have the reference of the customer to which the statements have been created for:
