
I have a following form tab for my custom entity:
I can open 'Status reason' field and be sure that this field is visiable and avaliable:
I can open my record in CRM and change status reason:
But... When I use web portal I have an issue:
...status/status reason aren't avaliable for editing. I can write comment but cant choose status/status reason values. Appropriate web-role allows me editing records of this entity.
How do I can fix it? I need to change status/status reason of my records on my web-portal.

Unfortunately, these fields can't be directly edited. This is by design.
As a workaround you could create a custom field and put it to your form. And use this field to update the status reason field through workflow.
