Friends, please, is there any native feature of Dynamics, for example, using Workflow or PowerAutomate that we can automatically share records given a configured trigger?
If yes, what would this feature be?
If not, what are the alternatives?

try to use Access Teams feature. it helps to dynamically share records with Users.

Hi Daniel Dellaspora,

You could install a tool named Dynamics-365-Workflow-Tools to do this. With it you can share records with users and teams in the workflow.
