Personalization Error

After upgrading to Wave 2 2021, we receive the following error when trying to make personalizations.

"Sorry, something went wrong and personalization could not be started. Please try again later, or contact your system administrator."

I have SUPER permissions, so there must be a setting somewhere I'm missing?

    Hi, This problem seems to have appeared in previous versions, may be the "Delete User Personalization" seemed to help.

    Or go to User Settings

    Choose Persionalized pages.

    Choose Troubleshoot

    Check any error detected.
