Hello,
Currently we are testing dynamics 365 in a sandbox environment. Until recently, extendedamount on the opportunity line entity was calculating properly, when creating a new record or updating the price per unit. For some reason this stopped working and i'm having a hard time figuring out what changed.
Symptoms: currency and price list have been set in the opportunity. The product used seems to be properly configured for the price list, the Revenue calculation = system calculated", the pricing field on the opportunity line = Override price
I have been looking for SDK message processing steps that would control this field, but couldn't find one. I have found this is not a calculated field or rollup field, so it's not calculated this way. I have not found any workflow.
As mentioned, this was working properly. I have a last test opportunity lines create on the 3rd of March 2017, where the extendedamount was calculated properly. The first test opportunity line created after that, which doesn't have a proper extendedamount calculated, dates from 20th of March 2017.
Any advise on how dynamics would update the extendedamount or a possible cause why this is not working properly would be highly appreciated.
Best regards,
Ben De Vriendt

Hello,
I'd like to correct the dates provided, as they should have been 3rd of June and 20th of June. This in case there was an update to CRM dynamics after 3rd of June 2017, known to give this issue.
Best regards,
Ben De Vriendt
