Outlook client sorting issue for Dynamics CRM 2016

HI,

Using Dynamics CRM 2016 for Microsoft Outlook. Go to the organization via Outlook and open any opportunity view. Sort with any column. When you click on the column title to sort with the said column, all records seem to disappear. Yet, if you drag you mouse down, all records now appear!!

Happens both with CRM 2016 onLine or On Premise

Has this happened to any one and is this a known issue?

Regards,

    Hello Marc,

I am experiencing the same issue in all views using CRM 2016 for Outlook. Sorting on a column returns all the records like it's supposed to, but somehow the rows are all hidden until you drag your cursor across them. This happens roughly 80 % of the time, sometimes it immediately returns the sorted view.

Sorry I cannot offer you a solution to this, but it's clearly not configuration-related which means it's most likely a bug in CRM for Outlook.

    Regards,

    Rasmus
