Is there a way to generate reports across multiple tenants in ms CRM 2015 online?

    I agree with Guido.

    Maybe it will be possible with this enhanced Power BI with CRM connector:

    powerbi.com/.../tour

    it's on preview but the old Power BI allows merging 2 data sets

    It may pay keep an eye on it

    What about MS CRM Security Features ....Whether that will be remain intact in Staging DB.... Where Data we are fetching through Filtered Entities ?

    Complex reports are taking Huge Load Time to the Data Model in Power BI ...
