Change the right panel where we have Teams chats, Copilot Preview, and Customer Details.

how can we change the name from Customer Details?

We can see customer details in the app side pane, which is made possible by javascript provided by Microsoft:

Your question: how can we change the name from Customer Details?

What name are you trying to change? Customer name?

It shows the customer source as the 'customer' field value on the form.

--You can change it's first name and last name.

If you want to customize the side pane, you can create your own customizable panes:
