We upgraded to RMS 2.0. and have an Epson TM-T881V printer. Prior to the upgrade upon tendering a transaction one receipt automatically printed (and cut) and a message came up on the screen and asked if we wanted to print another receipt...we hit enter and

    SO Manager | Database | Registers | Register List | select the register | Receipt Printer 2 | select appropriately, add the printer name and select the receipt format
