Hi,
If we use business events, and we got errors in some of the outbound events. Is there any way to view the business event logs?

There is "Errors" tab on the business event catalog form where you can see exception messages that occurred during BE sending. More information can be found from Event Viewer: there are 3 separate folders for business events.
As sergi said you can check under Errors tab in Dynamics 365F&O
aslo if you are having the error on dev on sandbox you can check in the AOS event viewer> application and services logs > Microsoft > Dynamics>
and if it's production so you can check under environment monitoring and filter or search with Businessevents (ProviderName ) and you will find all evets related to business events
